Fundraising for the children’s hospice

Record-high sum collected by CoolUnite’s “East Jutland fundraises 2020”

DKK 781,481 was the end result of CoolUnite Foundation’s fundraiser “East Jutland fundraises” in favour of the children’s and young people’s hospice, Strandbakkehuset.

StorySoldier and Rito’s (rito.dk) collaboration raised more than DKK 120,000!

StorySoldier already supports Denmark’s two children’s hospices Lukashuset and Strandbakkehuset, and when Rito asked if StorySoldier would collaborate with them in “East Jutland fundraises”, the answer was a resounding YES!

StorySoldier’s contribution to the fundraiser was copies of the children’s book Tiny Heinie who wanted to be kick-ass like his dad and the crochet book RUMPS – Crocheted Rumps. StorySoldier’s other donations included 3 large, crocheted cuddly toy rumps, 2 small, crocheted cuddly toy rumps and a “Learn-to-crochet gift card”.

NB. The man in the picture frame on the front page of “News” is Jacob Risgaard, founder of CoolUnite Foundation. The Rumps and StorySoldier really like him because his heart is in the right place :)
